INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES
Thomason Investigative Services will perform the following:
1) Adoption / Birth Parent Locates
2) Law Enforcement and Fire Service Background Investigations
3) Internal Affairs Investigations
4) Difficult Locates, Heir Searches - Skip Tracing Professional Evaders
5) Asset Searches and Locates of Physical Assets for Recovery
6) Criminal and Civil Investigations and Interviews for Trial Preparation
7) Background Investigations and Records Searches
8) Surveillance (Video and Photo)
9) Workers' Compensation Investigations - A.O.E / C.O.E.
10) Family Law / Child Custody
11) Other Services as Needed / Requested
FEES
Thomason Investigative Services will provide specific investigations at competitive rates. The hourly rate does not include other expenses (such as lodging, meals, photography, etc.). Mileage will be charged at $.55 per mile.
The hourly rate will be charged against a $750.00 retainer, which will be required before an investigation is to begin, barring other agreements/arrangements.
Should the services rendered require less time than the amount of the retainer, the difference will be refunded. Should the services rendered require more time than the amount of the retainer, the client will be contacted before further investigative time is invested. The client has the option to discontinue the investigation after the initial retainer has been exhausted, unless other prior arrangements have been made.
Courtroom appearances will be charged at the hourly rate and a three (3) hour minimum.
In all cases, the investigation will be documented in a report format and separate invoice.
Every effort is made to discover the truth. Payment is required whether or not the truth discovered is the desired outcome of the investigation.
